Terms of Service

Simple terms for a simple, free tool — here is what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.

The service

Bsky Viewer provides free, read-only tools that display public Bluesky data fetched from the open AT Protocol. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may change, and pages may be added or removed as the project evolves.

Acceptable use

  • Use the tools for personal, lawful purposes only
  • Respect the rate limits — they protect a shared public API
  • Do not attempt to overload, scrape at scale, or automate abuse of the service
  • Do not use the tools to harass, stalk or build profiles of private individuals
  • Media you download belongs to its authors — get permission before republishing

Content and intellectual property

All posts, profiles, likes, images and videos displayed or downloadable through this site are created and owned by their authors on the Bluesky network. We claim no rights over them and store no copies. If you believe content accessible via these tools infringes your rights, address the underlying post on Bluesky — removal there propagates here automatically.

The site design, code and original text are maintained by the project team. Bluesky and bsky.app are trademarks of Bluesky Social PBC; this project is independent and unaffiliated.

Limitation of liability

The tools display third-party public data in good faith, but we cannot guarantee its accuracy, availability or fitness for any purpose. Bluesky's API may rate-limit, change or degrade at any time, and pages may temporarily show errors or stale cached data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project team is not liable for any damages arising from use of this service.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the tools evolve. The date below reflects the current release. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
